What is Confluence?

Confluence is the drawing together of all the influences, thoughts, musings, and general cogitating that comes through my life. Life the confluence of rivers running deep and wild, this place is where all my thoughts and ideas gather together and pool for you to read and view.
I don’t pretend to have any set direction for the magazine, aside from it being a place where I can write about things close to my heart, such as gender/sexuality, creativity in all its shades and hues, fashion, and history. Within the pages of this magazine you will find articles, stories, fiction, essays, photography, and other eclectic art, and the one thing that binds them together is me. This is my oeuvre, my space to express myself in a way that a blog or more directed space may stifle.
What can you expect for Confluence as a reader/viewer? Well you can expect a regular helping of creativity, musings, and general all round Rachelness. Granted this may sound like a sure fire way to Bedlam in a handcart, but rest assured each piece is their for your enjoyment, if not your sanity.
So sit back, pull up the comfy chair, and read to your heart’s content.
